Founded in 2022, Amaral Capital Partners is recognized as a private real estate investment firm. We have an enviable track record of finding lucrative real estate transactions and providing solid returns to our investors. We invest in real estate through private debt, fix & flip, and syndications across the mid-Atlantic region. Our goal is to provide investors with strong risk adjusted returns while developing our communities for generations to come.

Ryan J. Amaral has been a real estate investor from the young age of 18 years old when he bought his first property. Through mentorship from his father, he proceeded to attend the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University and earned a bachelors degree in finance. Following his undergraduate studies he began his career in investment management, working at both Vanguard and PGIM. Ryan was responsible for providing operational and investment risk management to over 50+ bond portfolios using statistical models and data analytics while on Wall Street. He now uses similar methodologies and practices to identify real estate investments while also leveraging his operational background to effectively manage projects from acquisition to close.
